At Western Edge, we put our patients first. We are proud to provide a quality chiropractic experience, exceptional customer service and a commitment to health and wellness for all of our patients. Our goal is to improve quality of life by caring for you and your loved ones' overall health- one adjustment at a time!

By isolating each specific joint articulation, we are able to carefully and concisely identify where the primary problem is and the associated compensatory mechanisms that produce symptoms, dysfunction & dis-ease. We deliver a specific chiropractic adjustment to restore motion which allows the body to move the way it was designed. This also decreases pain at the level of the brain. Simply put- we help facilitate the body's natural ability to heal itself!
Did you know that chiropractors are trained to identify and locate problem areas in the limbs as well as the spine? Treating extremity complaints can help with aches & pains, gait problems & performance.
The nerves that direct all functions of the body exit the spinal column specific vertebral levels. By correcting the spine, we improve cellular, tissue and organ function which control digestion, secretion, respiration, cardiac function, sleep & behavior.
The purpose of the adjustment is to carefully & specifically identify segments that are not moving properly within the spine and limbs. These segments may cause pain, tissue changes, muscular imbalance or organ dysfunction. The adjustment is performed to improve the function of the nervous system, not just to treat the symptom(s). Using manual adjusting and a combination of other helpful modalities, we work with our patients to fit their needs and help them feel and function as they were perfectly designed to!
The initial consult is comprised of a comprehensive health history, postural & gait analysis, range of motion, reflexes, specific orthopedic tests and motion palpation. With this information, we are able to determine exactly the care needed and will work with you to form a treatment plan that produces lasting results. First visit includes a report of findings and treatment. Travel fees may apply.
In order to maintain health, form & function, chiropractic care is best used to keep you feeling & performing at your best. Wellness plans are designed to keep symptoms from returning and increase overall quality of life. MOVE better- LIVE better. A custom wellness plan is created for each of our clients.
We offer instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy ("scraping" or Graston), cupping, percussion (HyperVolt) therapy & Kinesiology Taping. Each of these methods may be used to accelerate healing and assist in extending time between adjustments.
Dry needling is a targeted muscle therapy focused on nerve distribution to decrease inflammation and pain, release tight tissues and muscles and promote healing on a local and neurological level. It works great when paired with chiropractic or as a standalone therapy. Dr Jenna received extra training for this and is Certified in the State of South Dakota to perform acupuncture & dry needling (humans only).
With tremendous respect for our Veterinary colleagues & South Dakota animal care laws, we require a DVM authorization prior to starting care with an animal.
